The Taliban today rejected U.S. claims that suspected terrorist Osama bin Laden is planning attacks from Afghanistan and urged the United States to ``resolve this issue rationally.'' ``Bin Laden doesn't even have an access to a telephone or fax,'' Sayed Mohammed Haqqani, the Taliban's ambassador to Pakistan, told a news conference. ``He is just a guest. He cannot act against anyone.''
