a medical problem, but pretty much, a social problem too. Special campaigns should be set out to teach the people about the consequences. Media can also be a very big help. Alcohol may support a person mentally during his hard time but as a matter of fact, it slow poisons the person. Governments should also be very concerned with this issue because alcohol is taking over the younger generation and therefore taking over the future.
