Wuthering Heights Emily Bronte was born in 1818. In 1847 she published her only novel, Wuthering Heights. A story of hatred, love and revenge. She was born in Yorkshire in an area called Thornton. In 1812 Emilys dad (reverend Patric Bronte), married Maria Branwell. Emily died in 1948 from tuberculosis after catching a cold at her brothers funeral in September.
