the job of running a school could never be completed in Booker's eyes, and he died of overworking himself in the year of 1915. Even though the man that created the school and paved the way for the education of his race may have passed away, his memory and accomplishments live on to this day as a reminder of the hardships and struggle the negro race had to go through to be what they are today.
