to sink. One of them was the crew was gathered last second and had done no drills. The lookouts lost their binoculars. There weren't enough lifeboats for all of the passengers, and crew. The Titanic ignored the many iceberg warnings they received. The watertight compartments weren't capped. The Titanic's lifeboats weren't going out at full capacity. The Calafornian ignored the flares, which left them with the blame. These were the mistakes that doomed the Titanic.
