My favorite poem happens to be The Red Wheel Barrow by William Carlos Williams. the poets of his generation, William Carlos Williams was the "man on the margin". Through his career, Williams has always been known as an experimenter. He was also known as an innovator, and a figure in American poetry. Williams is famous and is considered to be an important and influential poet because of his meaning and general idea of what a poem is, and that is why I think he is such a good writer.
