One of the significant factors that brought the US into World War II was the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. Their "welcome home signs" consisted of "No Japs Allowed," and "No Japs Wanted." Most of these highly decorated veterans were denied work wherever they went, and their homes were often vandalized. These same men who had once been suspected to be disloyal to America lost their lives fighting for our freedom. May they never be forgotten!
