The Funery Documents all suggest paths to eternal life, however, as the time passes on, there are very noticeable differences in the thoughts behind these writings. It appears to me that as the time passed on, the philosophies behind these writings began to have a bit more thought to them, even a little bit of hesitation to their thought. I will continue to write about topic #3 in the upcoming pages.

the afterlife was an opportunity to be had by all people, based on your behavior, not your class. It is also apparent in the society as well where a justice system is implemented as opposed to a king making all the decisions. As the times went on, the ancient writing went from positive, bright images of the afterlife, to displays of fear of both death and disaster in the Egyptian quest for immortality.
