felons are not executed, they will still remain on death row. By the government system placing citizens on jury duty, they are allowing citizens to be in charge. With this in mind, many seem to think that the government does not look at life as something serious. If it cannot look at a life as something that should be sacred, then how can the government expect citizens to look at life as an important matter?
