The Patriot Vs. The American Revolution As you watch the Patriot you see many of the battles fought during the American revolution. You also see the uniforms they wore to battle, and the guns they used and how they were used. They did not touch on any of the events leadin gup to the American Revolution, like the Boston Tea party, The Stamp act, The Quartering act. So basically The movie is not a movie to rent if your gonna try and watch it to pass your next American History test or exam.
