Perhaps when Africa works to eliminate debt in the 'step-up' training program, it would encourage them to export products needed on the international market. This problem must be solved on multiple fronts and cannot be tackled by a single country. Switzerland will remain dedicated to seeing the end of this problem in Africa, but wishes to voice our concern in maintaining the national sovereignty of nations.
