Discussion
The purpose of free weight strength test lab was to measure our one rep max for bench press, standing press, and straight bar curl. Once we got out results we were to compare them college students, men and women of their same age group. The students in Exercise Physiology 2 were supposed to first warm up with a weight for each exercise and do between 2 and 20 reps. The students then had the opportunity to continue

the weight strength exercises I found that I was average to above average compared to men and women of my age bracket. I have concluded that I was average to men and women in the two-arm curl, and above average in the bench press test. Finally, although I have never lifted weights before, I find myself to be in very good physical shape compared to men and women of the same category and age groups.
