The supposedly unconditional love between the husband and wife is tested to the limit. The storyline is very real to the viewers, and maybe that's because some of them have been in a similar situation. If anyone thought the story of Paradise Lost was gone forever, look again! The movie doesn't really give us a reason for anything, but it doesn't lecture its viewers either. It understands, and so do we . . . in some unexplainable way.
