With so many laws in our society today protecting groups or individuals from discrimination, it may prove to be an advantage for those who are discriminated, but what about those who are not? Because of these laws, many people who are not discriminated, who used to be shown equal treatment, are not receiving the same equal treatment they used to. Reverse discrimination is and will continue to be a problem within our society because of laws and pressure that is placed on businesses, companies, and schools. Instead of hiring or accepting an individual just because they are a minority or are discriminated, the business, company, or school should hire
or accept the individual who is most qualified. This way reverse discrimination will not take place and each person will be treated equally.
