In today's television programming, there seems to be a trend towards more reality shows. Even as we speak, new seasons of American Idol, Fear Factor, and Average Joe are being filmed and broadcasted. The public seems to have gotten use to reality shows in the past year or so and they have grown accustomed to it. It just shows that Americans have "strange" taste in programming.
