There are many different purposes of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Some of which I will write about in this report.
One main purpose of OSHA is to guarantee, as far as possible, safe and healthy working conditions for the American workers. One way to accomplish this purpose is to follow two guidelines: General Standards and the General Duty Clause.
