In conclusion, a tension exists between the fact that those seeking an objective measure of risk yet it seems frustrated by human nature and fallibility, meaning that people's perceptions and responses to different levels of risk are personal to the individual. This causes much variation and is dependent on many factors; it is a challenge to seek a more accurate objective measure of risk than is already possible.
