Dulce et Decorum est
I have chosen to review the poem "Dulce et Decorum est" by Wilfred Owen. The poem is about the horrors of World War One that the soldiers would have to live though during the war. "Dulce et Decorum est" follows the group of soldiers that the narrator fought and lived with during the war. The First World War started in 1914 and within the first few months many people from both sides

and you should not tell innocent children that it is a good thing to die at war. I agree with Wilfred Owen on this matter because a lot of deaths and injuries were unnecessary and should not have happened. "Dulce et Decorum est" was a well written and interesting poem that captivated it's readers with descriptive and thought provoking images and sounds. I enjoyed reading "Dulce et Decorum est" and Wilfred Owens Other Poem "Disabled".
