Some future uses of ethanol can be to power Hydrogen fuel cells which I believe would make sense because ethanol is a hydrocarbon and it contains numerous amounts of hydrogen's and carbons so to fuel a Hydrogen fuel cell what it would need would be Hydrogen's which ethanol is abundant in.
