Diversity within the school provides individuals with an opportunity to experience multi-cultural scenery. This gives not only students an outlook into the lives of others, but teachers as well. Differences in student behavior and achievement allow one to explore and attempt to understand the reasons for particular performance. Variety inside the school is what keeps us asking questions and researching things we do not understand.
