Every country involved was guilty of using mass propaganda to brainwash whole societies into believing that what they were doing was right. However, the sources cannot be dismissed as useless accounts simply because of heavy bias. It is the contrast and comparison of extremely different accounts of the same situation that illustrate just how important the media was during World War Two.
