who dared to come close to them or their people. Also people become barbaric when their chances of survival are low. There have been instances where people were so badly starved they would eat another human, something they would never even think of doing. There may be many reasons for this evil to come overt in people but I believe all people have this hostile potential and can show it when the time is right.
