Fuller's true mastery of the English language. Once I picked the book up I was immediately enthralled. Like most military men, I would sometimes find myself wanting to skip through to the actual battle portions, but I didn't. I did not because I was captivated by Fuller's enthusiasm, which is apparent on every page of the book. I would recommend this to all who wish to study history, and diffidently all who aspire to command.
