Martin Luther King Jr. gave an excellent speech on August 28th, 1963. This speech became know as the "I Have A Dream" speech. It was given at the Lincoln Memorial to a crowd of more than 200,000. Dr. King's speech was powerful and moving as he tried to relate to every American's sense of freedom.

very powerful speaker and on a very good topic. In short the speech gives the details of the current situation and that everyone should come together to change it. I would think that a speech introducing a solution would have been much better. The only reason the speech has been carried through time is because of the person that gave it and even then the only reason he is remembered is because he was assonated.
