This was set up to encourage leisure activities, such as sports. The OND clubs had bars, billiard halls, libraries, and sport facilities. They organised dances, plays, concerts, etc. Not only did they encourage leisure activities, but they also organised charity work. This was one of the most popular fascist organisations.
