My goal is to increase water consumption to 40-50 oz. per day. When I started I did not drink that much water. I started drinking 20 oz. per day for five days out of the week. After two weeks I increase the amount of water. I would drink 40 oz. per day, which would be 200 oz. per week. …showed last 75 words of 899 total…the taste of warm water. Sometimes I would buy a litter bottle of water that would last for hours. Since I am accustomed to cool temperature water, the warm last half of a liter bottle of water wasn't as refreshing, but I managed to persevere. I will continue drinking 40-50 oz. of water daily. Lately I have been drinking sometimes more than the projected goal, and will continue even though the contract has been fulfilled.
