Hamlet, at the end of the play, accepts his fate, takes action instead of delaying, is a little more confident, is more affectionate, finally gives his people a good ruler and last but not least he finally avenges his father's death. Therefore, Hamlet can be viewed as a better man at the end as compared to his former part in the beginning of the play.
