…showed last 75 words of 4406 total…and the Count obviously did not feel this man was suitable for his daughter. The love the Lover feels for Porphyria, one cannot help feel, must have been somewhat overbearing. If he loved her so much as to kill her, how would he be with others?
Concluding this essay I can say that I agree with the above statement and that both men unwittingly reveal themselves, the Duke through anger, and the Lover through love.
