not correct to say that Macbeth is a "butcher", as he is merely a noble, kind hearted, respected man who has been despoiled and corrupted by the three witches and Lady Macbeth. It is Lady Macbeth who drove him forward, and it is her who is the real butcher. Nevertheless, her ambition, greed and determination to become queen led to the downfall of them both, and so she can be suitably crowned Macbeth's "fiend-like queen".
