is that it is an active deterrent to crime. Further more with DNA testing not one single person to be executed has been proven innocent. Also Capitol Punishment will never allow the cold-hearted killer to harm anyone or even be a though in the heads of victims friends or families. This goes to show that Capitol Punishment should be pursued in the United States as a whole, not just in a select number of states.
