Coping with all of these harsh conditions proved that Captain Meriwether Lewis and Captain Clark were excellent leaders. Cruzatte, a crewman shot Lewis. After this act, Captain Meriwether Lewis kept his composure and recovers with the help of Captain Clark's medical expertise. In the conclusion, it is very unfortunate that Captain Meriwether Lewis becomes inundated and commits suicide.
