considered, I do believe that Rosa's story is very similar to the truth of the struggle for East Timor's independence and as a consequence a transparent view onto the event of the birth of East Timor. Although the images of her life only shows points of her painful experience it can also highlight a clear indication of people just like her. These images are then exchanged onto us and transformed as a result of photography.
