To sum up this endless subject that could never be closedall I can say is that, with the rapid development of the information and communication technology, great changes have taken place in the nature of work. It has provided many potential benefits for both companies and employees. Although this is true, when compared, it is clear that these changes from the nature of work have been more beneficial for employees than companies.
