How a civilization gets power and how they use it can determine how prosperous they are. Looking back in western civilization we find five major civilizations: Mesopotamian, Jewish, Egyptian, Greek, and Roman. Mesopotamians used a primitive democracy to control their society. so far have used power in different ways trying to create a great society; however all of them have failed. They have all failed because they didn't care about the lower class people in their society. In almost every civilization we see revolts, and these revolts aren't coming from the wealthy, they're coming from the lower class below poverty line slaves. If we do not learn from history it is doomed to repeat it's self.
