In comparison to Today and the 1700s they both had there
strong points and week points. In the 1700s she had to take time
to prep and prepare the breakfast which I think took 2-3 hrs.
Today our breakfast takes only a matter of minutes to prepare.
In retrospect in the 1700s she did not have any of the same
health issues as we have today.
