when solving problems, it is necessary to truly define the problem. Sometimes, our first thought of the problem may not be the real problem, so one must delve deeper in establishing, who what, where, when and why? Also, this process pulls you back and forth only to truly identify the problem.
For me, I truly enjoyed exploring this new concept, which I can now utilize when faced with problem solving issues and make effective decisions.
