We had face to face contact with our residents and we could communicate with them, we were trying to make them feel that they were talking with a friend that was willing to be at their service 24 hours a day in order to make their accommodation as more pleasurable as it could be. Furthermore we trying to identify the hotel's disadvantages, identify our mistakes, if there were any, in order to make things better.
