Reading about Carter just reinforced for me that women, be they black or white, gay or ?straight?, rich or poor can get together and campaign for one another. The division in the feminist groups doesn?t have to exist, people like Mandy Carter prove it by joining and heading and pushing forward groups of all kinds.
