that he actually had to go through. It also brightened up my mind and explained to me that if you really do want something, then you should never give up on your dream. From my opinion, i believe that Abraham Lincoln's beliefs were very important to our modern society today. I wish though, that slavery had never been an issue. It would have made a lot of things in the United States a little easier.
