Overall, I think that Little Big Men would be a great book for people extremely interested in competitive bodybuilding. It goes hand in hand with the study of weightlifting and should be used for in-depth studying. However, for someone searching for an enjoyable and exciting book, Little Big Men is not the book of choice.
