Dear Congressmen, Today on Monday August 6, 1787 we finally settled on the first draft of the Constitution. This was a big step, because Northern colonies couldn't agree with with these new set of laws we are providing as a basis for the United States. After fighting this war for independence it seems more than appropriate than to set a foundation for these states to live by. So, it is now ready to be copied and processed, then sent out to be our foundation and distinct set of rules for our country.
